Video: Forest Carbon 101

Did you know that protecting one acre of mature forest from destruction is equivalent to taking 30 cars off the road for one year? When you Adopt an Acre of forest in the Northern Rockies, you are protecting valuable trees and preventing the release of carbon into the air. In this video, Forest Ecologist Laura Marx explains how much carbon a typical tree stores, and how that compares to the carbon we emit in our daily lives.
